When I threw the bright pink paint from the top of the ladder onto the black canvas, Coast Magazine took a brilliant photo of the paint bouncing onto the canvas.  This is where the title comes from.  It is a very cheerful paintings, with rich colours and many layers.  The black background makes this a striking painting.
